Design Engineering

This is where it all begins…with a one-on-one conversation that will transform the thoughts of those who dare to dream. Integration & Programming

Once your dreams are realized on paper, the next phase begins. This is where our highly trained team gets to work manufacturing and constructing. We have staff members that specialize in a wide range of fabrication techniques and work within our custom fabrication shop using all the latest tricks of the trade. Once built, our team of programmers will take your vision to the final stage and make it come alive. Blackwater Integration staff is factory trained by our preferred manufacturers and our programmers focus on continuing education to always stay ahead of the game.

Field Service & Help Desk

If life was perfect, you would have no need for these services. We understand that stuff happens, so we will strive to remedy any problems in a timely manner. We also understand that problems won’t necessarily happen during normal business hours, so we have implemented a Help Desk with 24/7 coverage. You can always expect to speak with a representative in less than an hour. If we are not able to resolve the issue with our phone or dial-in service, we can have a technician just about anywhere in the continental United States within 24 hours.

Onsite Support & Staffing

For our clients that want our expertise at their fingertips, we provide onsite staffing and support. This consists of anything from normal maintenance calls to a full engineering or operational staff. We have personnel that can not only fix your issues, but in the end can be your operator as well. We feel having extensive operational knowledge gives us an advantage when we design and integrate the hardware. Your best interests are always our number one concern.
